Being an Entrepeneur is never easy, but the rewards after your input and determination PAYS off big time.

I included this Poem about an Entrepeneur.

The Entrepreneur

He or she does things in a particular way,
Without regard for possible dismay,
Not that failure is not on their mind,
They just bounce back as they continue to grind,
Some things work, others bomb fast,
But, there's no time to revel or dwell on the past,
The pot of gold is always in sight,
Sometimes it's clear as day or well hidden at night,

EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY

Many people who join ONLINE OR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS, expect hundreds of dollars within 10-15 days.  Outrageous!

When they see that things don't work like that, they feel cheated and disappointed.

It's like trying to be a fireman and you start right on the field the very first day, rushing into a burning building without knowledge nor equipment. Of course you will get burned.You need the proper training, tools, exercise, knowledge and common sense to do ANY kind of job.                
Why would you expect 100 dollars 10 days after you join in and you haven't put a single serious thought about your Business?

 On the other hand there are people who think they won't achieve anything even if they spend months in Online businesses.

Again this is Outrageous!!!

If you work on daily basis,if you advertise every day, train your members, build a team and read everything there is to be read about your Business (and of course apply that knowledge) : The chances of failure are slim to none.

Many people are skeptic about online earnings. And they are mostly right because 90% of the companies ask you money to sign up, then put you through more expenses. Quitting is not an Option

 

 

 

Today is just not my day!
Woke up feeling as if a Truck has run me over, the whole day I had to run around, do house chores (which I've done probably half), Kids and Husband still relies on Mom to do EVERYTHING.

A mother never has the excuse of feeling ill OR staying in bed rather than running around. UNLESS she ends up in Hospital with a SERIOUS DISEASE or ILLNESS.

 A Housewife NEVER EVER has an excuse of : 1. House being a mess or untidy. (What on earth did you DO today?)
                                                                             2. Washing not done (Tomorrow everyone's day will be ruined if one sock 
                                                                                   is missing or dirty)
                                                                             3. Dishes overflowing the sink (What else are we going to use for dinner
                                                                                   tonight?)
                                                                             4. NO DINNER served (3 Boys and a Husband sure won't be Impressed)
                                                                             5. Pets being taken care off (Can't face a Burial or the drama that
                                                                                      accompanies the burial; ever again)

As an alternative to Sleeping all day, I had to :  Work, Clean, Cook, Wash, Care for PETS, Drive kids to and from school,
Work my Internet-business (BTW : my phone is on silent now, I almost went CRAZY!!! INCOMING MESSAGES pouring in today of all days : WHY ON EARTH DOES THIS HAPPEN ONLY WHEN YOU"RE RUNNING AROUND WILD?)

BUT I PROCLAIM : I'm not Quitting my Internet-job!
It's my ONLY future Income that I must secure NOW! Or else.......
I'm History, Broke forever, Depressed, etc.
And this is not an option!
I'll keep on doing what I love!

 

 

When you feel like quitting…think about WHY you started!

What is a Leader?
Typically this is also a person : with dreams, goals, fears (that he/she are not allowed to show or broadcast).

The 4 Powers of Leadership is:
1. Presence
2. Intention
3. Wisdom
4. Compassion

A leader must be PRESENT : always available to lead a team.
The Leader's INTENTION must be clear to the team.
A Leader must be Wise - guiding, learning, advising his/her team.
And last but not least : Have Compassion for every team member.

Most people are Afraid of Leadership, but EVERYONE can be a Leader.
The most important facts to overcome this fear and Step out in a Leader Role IS:
a) Remember always that Every Person has more or less the same fears - YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
b) If you Don't KNOW something, you are most capable of LEARNING HOW TO become an awesome LEADER!

It's hiding deep inside of you! You'll be Amazed at how great it feels if you let it FREE!
